Intended to bring color and interest to the garden beds in Fort Point Channel Parks during the winter months. The installation consists of 1600 4’L and 5’L, 1”square sticks painted red on two sides and painted blue on two sides. From one angle the installation is viewed as red, from the opposite angle the installation is viewed as blue.
