Food vending on the Greenway

The Conservancy is in the process of selecting vendors based on applications received from a recent Request for Proposals.  New applications are not being accepted.

The goal of the vending program is to provide a great public amenity matching each vending location’s different audience. Vendors will be selected for distinctive, tasty, affordable offerings with clean, attractive, green, and safe operations.

If you are interested in receiving email notifications about future food vending opportunities, please email your contact information and a short description of your business to vending@rosekennedygreenway.org.

Non-food vending on the Greenway

In summer 2011, the organizers of the popular SOWA Open Market piloted a crafts and art market in the Wharf District Parks, the Greenway Open Market. The pilot was successful and they are now accepting vendor applications for the 2012 season.

There are currently no other plans for non-food vending on the Greenway. If you would like your business’ name placed on a list for future consideration, please email your contact information and a short description of your business to vending@rosekennedygreenway.org.

Other opportunities

The Conservancy has started a public art planning process but is not soliciting proposals for public artworks at this time. We will however review unsolicited proposals on a quarterly basis. Write art@rosekennedygreenway.org for more information and to request a proposal form.

Currently, there are no other business opportunities.  If you would like to be considered for contract work with the Conservancy, please email your contact information and a short description of your business to info@rosekennedygreenway.org.
