BBQ Smith

Bon Me

Food truck – Bon Me, one of the winners of the Food Truck Challenge, is graduating from City Hall Plaza onto the Greenway. Bon Me serves Vietnamese-inspired food with local sourcing. Clover Food Lab

Food Truck – This popular food truck, which recycles cooking oil to help power the truck, offers a wide variety of local, seasonal, and delicious vegetarian food. Silk Road BBQ

Yurt-shaped kiosk, modeled on the spirit and customs of the Silk Road and Central Asian roadside grilling, Silk Road serves up global-fusion 'Q and authentic fresh salads.
