Yoga & Movement by NamaStay Sober
NamaStay Sober’s classes are designed to inspire the mind-body connection in a fun, challenging and rewarding way. As always, classes are open to all, no previous experience necessary! Teachers will provide clear instruction on the proper alignment to create a steady foundation. No two classes are exactly the same, allowing students to experience a variety of yoga poses & movements that build strength, increase flexibility, improve posture and lower stress.
