Join Train with Theresa for a full-body burnout class that covers it all. Starting off with a HIIT warm-up, followed by a core section, finishing with full-body strength – this class is sure to challenge all fitness levels with plenty of modifications offered for each exercise. With a challenging workout, good music, and fresh air, this class can’t be beat.
