Yoga and Meditation with Allison Derrico and Namastay Sober
Join Namastay Sober and Allison Derrico for a slow-flow vinyasa class. By moving slowly and intentionally, this practice aims to balance out hectic or busy energy and leave participants feeling more grounded and at ease in one’s body and mind. There will be plenty of options to modify. All levels welcome. Please bring a mat. Pre-registration required.
