Green Break with Hana

Treat yourself to some ME TIME in the middle of the day! Improve your health and quality of life by clearing your mind, stretching your body, and engaging your senses: We will start with gentle Tai Chi/Qigong stretches to help us relax. We will follow with a silent, mindful, slow-paced walk, immersing ourselves in nature (“Forest Bathing”). We will emerge relaxed, refreshed, and recharged, ready to take on the challenges of the day and week ahead.

Please join us! No experience, mat, props, or special clothing needed, safe for all ages and abilities, wheelchair-friendly.
