Jump into the dynamic world of parkour with Parkour Generations Boston! This “Intro to Parkour” workshop series is designed to teach you the basic techniques and ideas of parkour in a safe and progressive setting while building your physical strength and developing your self-confidence. You’ll learn to see the world through “parkour vision”, where the world becomes your playground, and learn to embrace obstacles as an opportunity for fun and exploration. All sessions are designed for a wide range of fitness levels and abilities – from absolute beginners to experienced practitioners! Ages 13-60+.
