Cardio Kickboxing with Sacha

Kick it is a kickboxing inspired full-body cardio workout! Come release some energy while punching it out to the beat of the music for 45 minutes Open to all levels of kickboxing. Alternatively, Train with Sacha is a 45 minute full body conditioning class. Let’s get strong together this summer! Open to all fitness levels.
