Lunchtime Flow by Body Lingua Yoga
Join Body Lingua Yoga for a mid-day pick-me-up through an energizing, grounding, and nurturing body flow. Practice will start by generating heat with an invigorating, power vinyasa flow. As the class comes to a close, slow things down and move like honey through some delicious poses. Through the whole class, participants will connect breath with movement to work the body, calm the mind, and learn the language of their body. All levels welcome. Please bring a mat. Pre-registration required.
Kristina Riccio has been teaching yoga for six years. Her goal is to create a safe space for her students to learn about and fall in love with their bodies.
