Slow Flow Yoga with Malaika
Join Yoga with Malaika for an all level, beginner friendly Vinyasa yoga class. This Slow flow accessible yoga practice focuses on connecting our breath to our bodies and minds in an intentional way. Finding alignment, balance, mobility, stability and strength with each yoga pose we explore using the city’s vibrant energy as our backdrop and sound track.
