Yoga with Malaika
This class is an all-level, beginner-friendly Vinyasa yoga class. This slow flow, accessible yoga practice focuses on connecting our breath to our bodies and minds in an intentional way. Finding alignment, balance, mobility, stability, and strength with each yoga pose we explore using the city’s vibrant energy as our backdrop and soundtrack.
Malaika has been teaching yoga in and around the Cambridge, Boston, and Sommerville areas since 2015 after receiving her Yoga certification. She is 500-hour Yoga certified and registered with the Yoga Alliance. She teaches a beginner-friendly/intermediate alignment-based slow flow yoga style that focuses on building balance, mobility, stability, and strength through each yoga pose. Her goal is to leave each student feeling that yoga is accessible to them.
