Temporary sculpture call for entries

The Greenway Conservancy invites artists to forward a selection of existing sculptures for consideration for an 18-month installation in the area dedicated to temporary sculpture in the Wharf District’s Urban Arboretum.

The current work being exhibited, Botanica,  is the creation of local artist and Boston Sculptors Gallery member, George Sherwood. It will be replaced by the new sculpture selected.

Artists are encouraged to enter large-scale work that fits the context of the sculpture site. Durability as well as safety to the visiting public, including children, will be important considerations.  For more information including a Call for Entries, please visit www.rosekennedygreenway.org/art.
