CANCELLED: Community Slow Flow & Sound Bath with Marlene Boyette

This class has been rescheduled to Sunday, December 10th, from 4:30p-5:30p at Rings Fountain on The Greenway.

Join Marlene for an opportunity to experience your yoga practice in a more present, intentional and embodied manner. Participants will be guided through unique sequences, encouraged to listen to their bodies inner wisdom, and conclude the experience with a sound meditation. 

The class will be held at the Hatchling at Rings Fountain on The Greenway!
