Intro to Kung Fu by Wah Lum (Adults and Kids ages 12+)
This class will provide a general introduction to Kung Fu warm-up exercises (calisthenics/stretches), basic stances and drills, beginner self-defense combinations. This class is designed to introduce the participant to Kung Fu training.
Recommended Clothing: Loose shorts or sweatpants, t-shirts (tank tops are ok) and sneakers.
