Yoga Flow and Meditation with Flow Like Aer
Join Aer every Wednesday 5:30-6:30pm at Dewey Square, for a 50-minute yoga flow, followed by a 10-minute sound bath meditation! This is your midweek ‘pick me up’, bringing clarity, balance and tranquility to the mind, body, and spirit!
This class is open to all levels! Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle!
