Morning Flow Yoga with Malaika
Start your morning with an all-level, beginner-friendly energizing Vinyasa yoga flow. This accessible yoga flow practice focuses on utilizing our breathing to fuel our movement practice in an intentional way. Finding alignment, balance, mobility, stability and strength with each yoga pose we explore using the city’s vibrant energy as our backdrop and soundtrack.
Tuesday mornings 7:30am – 8:15am, June through early August.
