Power Yoga with Jacqui Sweats
Power Yoga is an energetic class, stemming from a Vinyasa based background with roots in Ashtanga. Power Yoga focuses on building strength and endurance, while moving through a fast-paced flow. The poses are challenging; moving quickly from one asana to the next with connected breathwork. Jacqui enjoys offering hands-on assists with the option to decline for any reason.
It is helpful to have a base practice prior to Power Yoga, but beginners are still welcome and encouraged!
