Greenway Fitness Presented by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts

The Rose Kennedy Greenway Conservancy is excited to announce our 2023 Greenway Fitness Season, presented by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts.

We invite you to stretch and unwind on The Greenway at our FREE fitness classes that will take place throughout the park. We have over 130 fitness classes scheduled with a range of options including yoga, zumba, HIIT, bodyweight circuit, and strength classes; there’s truly something for everyone! Check out the schedule below and find a time that works best for you! This season we’re offering early morning power yoga, lunchtime meditation, and evening group classes to provide options for all schedules! Come join our incredible team of instructors for a fun and dynamic season of fitness on The Greenway!

Classes will begin the week of June 12th. The first session (June-July) will run through the week July 17 and the second session (August-September) will run through the week of September 4. Rain date weeks are scheduled in the middle and end of the season. Check our website calendar for a full list of dates and to see any schedule updates or weather cancellations.

In partnership with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, The Conservancy invites residents, visitors, and downtown workers to connect and discover free fitness across The Greenway. “The beauty of Greenway Fitness is that there is something for everyone!” said Jeff Bellows, Vice President of Corporate Citizenship and Public Affairs at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts. “For the past 9 years, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts has partnered with the Greenway to offer free classes to Bostonians of all ages and interests. Being active not only helps us physically but also mentally. And what better backdrop than the Boston skyline to come together as a community for fun fitness classes.”
