Get trained to participate in our Butterfly Monitoring Program this summer!

Join the team of staff and Butterfly Monitoring Mentors for a butterfly monitoring walk. Learn how to record all butterfly species seen and document the areas of the park with the most butterfly activity. Learn how to log and consolidate the data online. Get yourself up to speed so that you can monitor butterflies on the Greenway on your own throughout the summer!

Can’t make the training but still want to volunteer this summer?
Contact the Volunteer & Stewardship Manager, who may be able to pair you with a volunteer to shadow while they survey the park.
