Power is a full body, fast paced, super charged barre workout. Expect combo muscle groups, dynamic movements and heavier weights/less reps than a typical barre class. Cardio variations will be offered however anyone can take this class without jumping, plenty of modifications/options for all. This class will leave you dripping sweat and get those heart rates up!
