Chin Park Play Sessions
Every Thursday beginning June 4 | 4 to 6 PM | Auntie Kay & Uncle Frank Chin Park
Join us for free play sessions in Auntie Kay and Uncle Frank Chin Park every Thursday from June through September, featuring books, games, and more! Bring your family, support a local restaurant or bakery, and spend your evening playing outside by the Greenway PlayCubes.
Gala on The Greenway

Raise a glass with us on June 4, 2026 when the Greenway Conservancy’s community of donors will come together at the Gala on The Greenway! Hailed as “the most unconditionally happy spot in all of Boston,” our beloved Rings Fountain is the dazzling centerpiece of this joyful celebration. Tickets are available online.
Glow in the Park

Kick summer off in style with music, dancing, lawn games, your favorite food trucks, beer, wine, and more. Our annual young professionals fundraising event, Glow in the Park, lights up the night every June, and it’s your chance to support the Greenway Conservancy and have a blast while doing it. Olmsted and the Arboretum Walking Tour

Frederick Law Olmsted, considered the father of landscape architecture, designed some 500 public spaces in North America. The Arnold Arboretum is the only arboretum he designed, a National Historic Landmark, and a model for others around the world. Docent Bill Beizer, will identify the elements of the Arboretum that best reflect Olmsted’s philosophy and approach to landscape design.
Book Talk: Hydrangea Happiness by C.L. Fornari

Fornari is a boon for beginner gardeners and experienced horticulturists alike. Learn about the most popular hydrangea varieties, how to manage planting and ongoing maintenance, and surprising myths and misinformation about these beautiful shrubs. C.L. Fornari is a gardening consultant, writer, and radio host of “The Garden Lady” on WGBH and WCAI.
