All-Levels Yoga (Strength • Mobility • Recovery) by Way Of Life Fitness

Way of Life Fitness is an all-levels yoga class blending mindful movement, functional strength, and mobility work to help participants get stronger, more flexible, and more grounded in their bodies. 

Led by yogi instructor Kenneth Scourtas, he has been teaching this style of class for over a decade. Each session will offer clear instruction, accessible modifications, and options for every level. This is Yoga for first-time students through experienced practitioners.

Location: Rowes Wharf Plaza and Lawn

Schedule: Saturdays, 10:45am-11:45am, May 16 – July 18
