Join Dance Latin Boston in sessions that integrate functional fitness, yoga-based mobility, low-impact cardio dance, and strength training adaptations. The program focuses on disease prevention, including obesity management, hypertension control, diabetes prevention, joint health, balance training, and mental well-being. Classes are inclusive and adaptable, offering modifications for beginners, seniors, and participants with medical considerations. In addition to movement, they incorporate brief educational components that promote healthy lifestyle habits beyond class time.
