Gentle Morning Hatha Yoga with Eleonora
Start your day and weekend with a gentle stretching and some energizing asanas flows. Yoga has been proved to support the body and the mind in many ways. You will feel more relaxed, clear-minded, and refreshed. The class is open to every body and every level of experience. Eleonora is a Yoga Alliance certified yoga instructor with more than 500 hours of training. All her classes are trauma-informed and inclusive for every body. She also has a background in the Arts, having studied Theater Therapy in Italy. Eleonora is currently studying to become a yoga therapist and still works in the theater.
