Moccasin Yoga’s HeartWork

Join Moccasin Yoga for this 60 min class which will include a vinyasa flow that incorporates strength, endurance, mindfulness, relaxation and core. Participants will get a full experience of both workout for fitness and relaxation for the spirit.

Location: Fort Point Channel Lawn (between Congress St. & Pearl St. along Atlantic Ave. & Surface Rd.)

Schedule: Saturdays, 12:00pm-1:00pm, August 2 – October 4
