Vinyasa Flow with Hannah
Come flow! Unwind in an hour-long vinyasa yoga class focused on breath-to-movement. Take this at your own pace and work your way through a variety of series and poses all while strengthening your mind and toning your muscles. Open to students of all levels. Located on the serene Rowes Wharf lawn across from Trillium Garden on The Greenway; grab a brew post-class!
What you’ll need: one yoga mat, water, towel if needed, and option to bring two blocks. See you there!
